Warranties & Return Policies

Warranty:

All goods are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects upon delivery

All returns require Prior Authorization:

All returns require prior authorization by one phone call. Please call 626-969-1200 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Any items returned without authorization will be refused.

Return of Un-damaged/Non-defective goods:

Non-defective goods will be accepted if they are factory-sealed and unopened within 10 days of receipt. You may choose a full-credit product exchange or full credit by the same means payment was made. Shipping charges can not be refunded.

Return of Defective Items:

Defective merchandise may be returned within 90 days of receipt. You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full-credit by the same means payment was made. Please include a detailed description of item and defect when reporting the issue and receiving authorization for return. Merchandise found to be non-defective will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additional fees may be assessed for missing parts.

Non-returnable Items:

Any items that have been altered or modified from their original state will not be given credit.

Packaging Your Return:

Returned merchandise must include all factory packed accessories and original packaging. You must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on the front of the return shipping box.

Return Shipping Costs:

In the case that the product is defective, Enjoy Lighting will cover standard ground return shipping costs via a UPS call tag. All non-defective returns will be shipped at customers expense.

Return Time Limitation:

Returned merchandise must arrive within 30 days of issuance of a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Processing Time:

Returns meeting the conditions above will be processed within five business days following receipt. Processing may be slightly extended during peak business periods.

Shipping Policy

Enjoy Lighting makes shipments on weekdays only. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All shipments are subject to stock availability. Enjoy Lighting's shipping and handling charges are based on total weight, and are calculated as determined by freight carriers servicing Enjoy Lighting.

Enjoy Lighting will charge customer for actual shipping charges incurred from freight carrier plus a 15% handling fee, and when applicable, will apply these costs to customer credit card. Enjoy Lighting does not guarantee estimated ship times included on the Enjoy Lighting site, nor does Enjoy Lighting guarantee any shipping claims made by any carrier.

Thank you for shopping with Enjoy Lighting. We have ensured the privacy and security of your transactions with us. Your credit card information and other data given during the order process will be guarded with the highest levels of security and confidentiality.

At Enjoy Lighting, privacy of individual visitor data is of primary importance. We work diligently to protect confidentiality, restrict transfer of personal data, incorporate technical safeguards and appropriate security policies, and identify privacy implications in new services.
